This Privacy Policy explains how Katsura Labs collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services, including Revenue Recovery Autopilot and HookTrace. It applies to our landing site and application experiences.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication metadata, and workspace settings.
- Service data: webhook payloads and headers, delivery attempts, replay metadata, scan results, and divergence records that you send or generate through the Service.
- Integration data: Stripe account metadata and event data required to run Revenue Recovery Autopilot features.
- Billing data: payment and subscription metadata from Paddle (our Merchant of Record), such as customer ID, subscription status, and billing period dates.
- Usage data: logs and telemetry such as IP address, timestamps, and request metadata.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and operate the service.
- Run scans, monitoring, alerting, and recovery workflows.
- Monitor reliability, performance, and usage limits.
- Support requests and account communications.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and refund requests.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, storage, email, logging, and billing). Paddle processes checkout and billing as Merchant of Record. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
HookTrace event data is retained according to your plan limits and then deleted automatically. We keep billing and compliance records for the minimum period required by law. For account deletion or data export requests, contact hello@katsuralabs.com.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for the data you transmit.
No compliance representations
Katsura Labs does not represent that the service complies with any specific regulatory or industry standard. You are responsible for determining whether the service is suitable for your compliance needs.
