Refund Policy
Effective date: February 9, 2026
Overview
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Katsura Labs services, including Revenue Recovery Autopilot and HookTrace. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (or one of its affiliates) as our Merchant of Record.
14-day money-back guarantee
Every customer has the right to request a full refund for any charge within 14 calendar days of the transaction date, for any reason, no questions asked. This 14-day refund right applies universally and without exceptions or conditions. To request a refund, contact us at hello@katsuralabs.com or through your billing portal. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf and are typically completed within 5-10 business days after the request is submitted.
Cancellation and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period, and future renewals are stopped.
After 14 days
Charges older than 14 days may not be eligible for a refund, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.
Statutory consumer rights
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights for products that are misdescribed, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
